What we call the "soft cycle" has arrived, though not for everyone. Rates (not necessarily premiums) are stable in most sectors, and down in others. The trick, though is to be sure to sort through the "what you're buying" rather than buying on price. In many cases, the bargain prices are real; in many other cases, it's a bargain because coverages may have been cut - and you may not know it, until it's too late.
